I consider myself very fortunate to have met Michael Bernica. It is very difficult nowadays to find a contractor who is honest and takes pride in their work. After the completion of our patio, Michael has helped me with various projects at business and home. I am not just treated as another customer but more like family. I contacted Bernica Builders first to rebuild my 96-year-old dad’s back porch and steps, as it had rotten away. Michael built a beautiful redwood deck and stairs at a very reasonable price. Then at my 120-year-old house, the sewer lines rotted away under the house. We also had leaking water lines and a 40-year-old water heater inside the house.


Michael and Ernie came right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They started the next day, repaired the sewer lines, replaced water lines, relocated and installed a new water heater outside. I have also hired them to replace my kitchen countertop and sink. I highly recommend Bernica Builders for any type of work on your home. It’s nice to know that there are still honest people in the construction business.
